Laproscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is the procedure of choice for symptomatic cholelithiasis. Situs inversus totalis is characterized by transposition of both thoracic and abdominal organs. It leads to different presentation, difficulty in diagnosis and modification in operative technique. We report four cases of symptomatic cholelithiasis that underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy successfully.
