The Common congenital anomalies of east are polymastia (supernumerary east) and polythelia (supernumerary nipple); always do not fail to amuse the clinician because of their variable presenta-tions, associated urological anomalies, and pathology arising from them. The axillary polymastia is a variant of ectopic east tissue (EBT). Ectopic east tissue can undergo the same pathological pro-cesses as the normally located east. The incidence of fio adenoma is rare pathology in ectopic east, the most common pathology affecting ectopic east being carcinomas.Case Presentation. A 31-year-old Indian female presented with a lump of 4cm in the right axilla for the past year which gradually increased in size, giving discomfort. Our initial differential diag-nosis was fio adenoma, lipoma, and lymphadenopathy. IN COUNTRY LIKE INDIA TUBER-CULOUS LYMPHADENOPATHY is among the differentials. Histopathology report of excision biopsy confirmed it as a fio adenoma on ectopic east tissue in the axilla. Patient has no associat-ed urological or cardiac anomaly.
