The journal is using Editorial Manager for quality review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review system, which makes it easy for authors, editors and reviewers to work simultaneously with easier review strategies and protocols. Review processing is carried out by members of the editorial board of International Journal Of Advances In Surgery or by external experts; the approval of at least two independent reviewers followed by the approval of the editor is necessary to accept any citable manuscript. Laparoscopic surgery also referred to as minimally invasive surgery describes the performance of surgical procedures with the assistance of a video camera and several thin instruments. Laser surgery is used to cut or destroy tissue that is abnormal or diseased without harming healthy, normal tissue, shrink or destroy tumors and lesions and cauterize blood vessels to prevent excessive bleeding.


Trauma Surgery

Trauma surgery is a surgical specialty that utilizes both operative and non-operative management to treat traumatic injuries, typically in an acute setting and normally focuses on the abdominal area along with any given emergency field they may be required to serve upon. procedure include initially resuscitating and stabilizing and later evaluating and managing the patient.

Neonatology is a subspecialty of paediatrics that consists of the medical care of new-born infants, especially the ill or premature new-born infant. It is a hospital-based specialty, and is usually practiced in neonatal intensive care units. The new-born infants who are ill or requiring special medical care due to prematurity, low birth weight, intrauterine growth retardation, congenital malformations, sepsis, pulmonary hyperplasia or birth asphyxias.

Vitreoretinal surgery is the treatment of disorders related to the retina, vitreous and macula. Ophthalmic surgeons use specialized techniques, instruments and solutions to treat conditions that include retinal detachment, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and uveitis. Various vitreoretinal surgical and laser approaches can restore preserve and enhance vision for many eye conditions such as certain types of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic vitreous haemorrhage, etc.
